• Community - We will work together to build a stronger community and more positive culture where all stakeholders feel safe and empowered to contribute to the learning communities success. Together we will create, define, and renew your shared intentions. You will establish goals and outcomes and a plan to achieve your communities mission and vision.

• Attitude  - The focus is on creating positive mindsets for educators and students.   The last two years have left many feeling rundown and out of touch in need of tools and mindset to rejuvenate and maintain their self-confidence. 

• Resiliency - The numerous challenges students and educators face today. We will focus on the art of goal setting, visioning, and building self and community-support systems. 

• Empathy - The ability for every member of a school community to have tools to understand what others are feeling and experiencing is critical.  Strategies such as shadowing a student, learning walks,  and empathy interviews are explored and practiced.

Every learning community is unique . When we meet for our initial consultation we will discuss your specific goals  and  desired outcomes and create a custom program focused on exactly what your district needs to reach their goals. 

District wide program will support participants in their service of students and enhancement of their craft.  However, we also provide individualized coaching for both administrators and teachers throughout the school year.
